Why Your GoogleRanking Changes Between Caboolture and Morayfield (Action Rehab SEO Audit)

Caboolture vs Morayfield Rankings

Using a location-based search tool, I ran the same query — “physiotherapist Caboolture” — from two different spots.

From Caboolture: Action Rehab showed up in position 6 (ignoring sponsored ads).

From Morayfield: The same clinic dropped to position 9.

That difference matters. Businesses in the top spot capture around 27% of all clicks, while those further down the page often get ignored.

What We Found on Action Rehab’s Website and Google Profile

1. Inconsistent Business Hours

The Google Business Profile lists different opening hours than the website. Google picks up on these mismatches and may decide not to rank you as high. Syncing those details is a quick win.

2. Missing Local SEO Signals in the Footer

The website footer only showed a logo and social links. Adding opening hours, address details, and local keywords (like “Physiotherapy Caboolture”) helps Google connect the dots between your site and your profile.

3. Location Pages Could Work Harder

Action Rehab serves multiple suburbs across Moreton Bay. But the website didn’t include service + location pages, such as “Physiotherapy Morayfield” or “Hand Therapy Caboolture.” Creating these pages gives Google clear signals about where you operate.

4. Reviews and Replies

Reviews are coming in, which is excellent. But some haven’t been replied to. Responding quickly (even with a simple thank you) tells both clients and Google that you’re active and engaged.

5. Google Posts and Updates

The Google Business Profile wasn’t making use of posts. Regular updates and fresh photos reassure Google that your business is open, active, and trustworthy.

What Local Businesses Can Learn

Whether you run a physio clinic, a café, or a trades business in Caboolture, Morayfield, or anywhere in Moreton Bay, these lessons apply:

  • Always keep your website and Google Business Profile consistent.
  • Build out service + suburb pages to cover your wider catchment area.
  • Reply to every review, good or bad.
  • Use Google posts and photos to show you’re active.
